What is the Sub-account Feature?

The sub-account feature allows you to create multiple sub-accounts under a main account, enabling you to manage SMS sending by department, staff member, or usage purpose.

With this feature, you can:

  • Set monthly usage limits per sub-account

  • Separate usage records

  • Manage SMS operations by team or project

This makes it easier to control costs and improve operational transparency.

How It Works for Pre-pay Users

Under the Pre-pay plan, you can allocate a monthly usage limit to each sub-account from the points purchased in your main account.

  • Allocated points are temporarily reserved for each sub-account.

  • Unused points are automatically returned to the main account.

  • At the beginning of each month, limits are reset based on your settings.

This mechanism ensures secure and controlled usage while maintaining flexibility.

How to Activate the Feature

The sub-account feature requires activation.
