What is the Sub-account Feature?
The sub-account feature allows you to create multiple sub-accounts under a main account, enabling you to manage SMS sending by department, staff member, or usage purpose.
With this feature, you can:

Set monthly usage limits per sub-account

This makes it easier to control costs and improve operational transparency.
How It Works for Pre-pay Users
Under the Pre-pay plan, you can allocate a monthly usage limit to each sub-account from the points purchased in your main account.

Allocated points are temporarily reserved for each sub-account.

Unused points are automatically returned to the main account.

At the beginning of each month, limits are reset based on your settings.
This mechanism ensures secure and controlled usage while maintaining flexibility.
How to Activate the Feature
The sub-account feature requires activation.
