To enhance the security of our services, we are introducing a new policy regarding inactive accounts.
Accounts with no login or service activity (API or Web) for a continuous period of 365 days may be deactivated.
Before an account is deactivated, we will send a notification to the registered email address. Simply signing in during the notification period will keep your account active.
This policy will take effect on July 16, 2026.
